China Palm Oil Price Declined in Winter

According to latest report published by Malaysian Palm Oil Bureau, palm oil stocks in Malaysia were 1.98 million MT and production of gross palm oil was 1.86 million MT, up 7.2% but down 5.6% respectively from last month. The expectation of seasonal production reduction shall paly supports to outside disk. In domestic, palm oil consumption was restrained with low temperature. Domestic palm oil spot market shall see no great change, depending mainly on market trend in outside disk. BOABC predicts palm oil spot market shall remain strong with fluctuation in short terms.
