Rapeseed Oil Market Has Price but no Buyers

Domestic rapeseed oil market is in a state of “having price but no buyers” and imported rapeseed oil dominates domestic market. Current rapeseed oil market has both favorable and bad news. On the one hand, China continues rapeseed reserves, playing strong supports to rapeseed oil price; on the other hand, it is rumored the state shall undersell 400,000MT state-reserved rapeseed oil of 2010, which added market concerns. In comprehensive, BOABC predicts domestic rapeseed oil market shall have certain risks and price is likely to decline.  (Figure 6)
