Peanut Price Has Risk of Declining

Shelled Peanuts and Peanut Oil: prices for peanut oil and shelled peanut kept stable this week. Though some farmers began selling peanuts, most large sized oil plants have not started procuring. Based on our understanding, farmers have large amounts of peanuts, so shelled peanut price has risk of declining under the condition of pessimistic consumption for crushing and feed and exports. With continuous declining of shelled peanut price, many farmers increase crushing of peanut oil. So BOABC predicts peanut oil price shall remain stable with weakness in recent.
