Fertilizer Export Up YOY in Jan. 2014

China’s urea exports registered 598,000 MT in Jan. 2014, a growth of 93.9% on the year-on-year basis and decline of 20.6% MOM. Urea export price tumbled to $296/MT in Jan.,  down 19.8% YOY and down 0.7% MOM.
　　　
DAP export volume and price recorded 127,000 MT and $391.4/MT in Jan., up 85.6%  and down 29.7% respectively on the year-on-year basis and down 76.2% and down 3.6% respectively MOM. MAP export volume and price recorded 25,000 MT and $397.9/MT in Jan., down16.6% and 8% respectively on the year-on-year basis and down 53.3% and 21.6% respectively MOM.

 As for low concentration fertilizer, exports of AS, ammonium chloride, ammonium nitrate, TSP, SSP and NP compound fertilizer registered 288,000MT, 13,000MT, 43,000MT, 34,000MT, 55,000MT and 23,000MT respectively, up 43%, down 5.5%, down 33.7%, down 57%, up 222% and up 299% respectively MOM.
