SePRO acquired TKI' s aquatic herbicide business

China Agriculture Report By CnAgriChina Agriculture Report Print SePRO Corporation ("SePRO") has completed final transactions in the acquisition of Tessenderlo Kerley Inc.'s (TKI) aquatic herbicide business. The transaction includes product registrations, trade names and other related business assets for the active ingredient fluridone, used extensively in the US aquatics market. The business had been managed by TKI' s crop protection business unit, NovaSource®, which provides crop protection solutions for niche agricultural markets globally.
