ECHA consults on CLH for fungicide bupirimate

ECHA is seeking comments on new proposal for harmonised classification and labelling (CLH) for pesticide bupirimate used as a fungicide in agriculture, horticulture and protected crops. The public consultation will be open for 45 days and will end on 16 August 2013.Fungicide bupirimate has no harmonised classification and labelling. The CLH dossier, submitted by the Netherlands, proposes classification for carcinogenicity, skin sensitisation and hazardous to the aquatic environment.
