On 19 August, National Temporary Storage Soybean Auction Fair planned to sale 345，964 tons soybean the actual transaction and transaction rate were respectively 83，519 tons, and 24.14%. Among that, it planned to sale 2010 soybean 43,552 tons, but all failed; it planned to sale 2011 soybean 302,412 tons, the actual transaction, transaction rate, and the average transaction price were respectively 83,519 tons, 27.62%, and 4,102 Yuan/ton. 

As for different provinces: Inner Mongolia planned to sale142,970 tons the actual transaction was 12,329 tons and the transaction rate was 8.62%, among that, it planned to sale 2010 soybean 43,552 tons, but all failed. It planned to sale 2011 soybean 99,418 tons, but the actual transaction was 12,329 tons and the transaction rate was 12.40% and the highest, lowest and average transaction price were respectively 4040Yuan/ ton, 3960 Yuan/ton, 4004 Yuan/ton.
