l On September 22, Guangxi Baise Municipal Government and Guangxi Guokong Forestry Investment Co., LTD signed the "500,000 mu national reserve forest base construction project". The project plans to invest 2.5 billion yuan, with a construction period of 5 years, to establish a national reserve forest base through new afforestation and cultivation and circulation of the existing forest land of pine, fir and eucalyptus.

l According to the policy, wood-based panel manufacturers with an annual output of 200,000 cubic meters or more must apply for a national pollutant discharge permit before the end of 2019 to ensure that they have a permit to discharge pollutants. Failure to do so within the time limit will be regarded as unlicensed sewage discharge.
