Beef Price Is Rising

On Nov 14, 2012, in the beef wholesale markets of the 36 medium-and-large sized cities, the average price of fresh boning-out leg meat is RMB44.58Yuan/KG, up 0.07% compared with last week. Beef price went up slowly since November, but the supply of beef was still tight. So beef price is predicted to go on rising . (Figure 2)
