Oilseed & Vegoil Imports in April
By CnAgri2013-05-29 11:56:16 Print China’s soybean imports registered 3.98 million MT in April and 15.5 million MT in January ~ April, 18.6% and 14.6% less than the same period of last year respectively. Rapeseed imports were 364,000 MT in April and 1.18 million MT in January ~ April, 26.8% and 11.1% more than the same period of last year respectively.Soyoil imports were 30,137 MT in January and 220,014 million MT in January ~ April, down 61.3% and 43.6% respectively on the year-on-year basis. Rapeseed oil imports were 187,514 million MT in April and 574,749 MT in January ~ April, up 171.3% and 93.1% respectively on the year-on-year basis. Palm oil imports were 589,000 MT in April and 2.077 million MT in January ~ April, up 28.4% and 11% respectively on the year-on-year basis.
