State Reserve Price for Corn Released

By CnAgri2013-07-11 11:27:37 Print Corn：On July 10th, 2013, the average wholesale price of feed corn in main production areas is RMB2,419Yuan/MT, up 0.60% compared with last week. On July 4th, Development and Reform Commission announced purchase price for corn in 2013, for GB3rd rice, the price was RMB1.13/jin in Inner Mongolia and Liaoning, RMB1.12/jin in Jilin, RMB1.11/jin in Heilongjiang, all up RMB0.06/jin from 2012. The execution time and other specific requirements will be further noticed after new corn is listed. For new corn this year, reserve purchase price is still made as foundation to increase market confidence. The upward trend of domestic corn price has been formed. However, as auction of reserved corn may be started at any time and auction of imported corn in the southern sale areas is also planted, the upward trend may be influenced. (Table 4)
