China’s Chicken Offal Imports & Exports in 2012

China Agriculture Report By CnAgri2013-03-07 10:59:38China Agriculture Report Print     China has been active in the trade of chicken entrails and focuses mainly on import. In 2012 China only exported a small amount of frozen chicken wings. In 2012, China imported 134,600 tons of chicken wings, which valued at 388 million dollars in total, mainly from South American countries such as Brazil, Argentina, and Chile, and exported 64 tons of chicken wings, which valued at 310,000 dollars, mainly to Hong Kong, Mongolia, and Kirghizstan. China’s frozen chicken wings import is increasing year by year.
 
    In 2012 China imported 231,700 tons of chicken feet, which valued at 341 million dollars, mainly from America, Brazil and Argentina. In 2012 China did not export any frozen chicken feet. 
 
    In 2012 China imported 754 tons of cold and frozen chicken gizzards, which valued at 770,000 dollars, all from America. China’s import of chicken gizzard decreased year by year. China do not export chicken gizzard.
