Government to Step Up Food Quality Supervision

The State Council has recently issued a notice, requiring grassroot governments to intensify food quality supervision around the Moon Festival (September 19) and the National Day (October 1).The government is to carry out inspection concerning food raw materials, food storage, cold dishes, food additives, table-ware disinfection, food delivery, etc. in scenic spots, railway stations, rural areas, etc.
