Vegetables Prices in Nov. 2013

In Nov., the average price of Chinese cabbage, celery, spinach and cole was 2.29 yuan, down 18.83% MOM, up 51.64% YOY. The price of four vegetables was 1.06, 2.97, 2.91 and 2.23 yuan/kg respectively. The price of Chinese cabbage was down 20.61% MOM, the price of celery was down 15.06% MOM, the price of spinach was down 24.60% MOM, the price of cole was down 14.46% MOM. The price of Chinese cabbage was up 62.72% YOY, the price of celery was up 44.89% YOY, the price of spinach was up 0.91% YOY, the price of cole was up 3.53% YOY.

The average price of tomato, strings bean, cucumber, eggplant and pepper was 4.26 yuan/kg, up 9.15% MOM, and up 38.03% YOY. The price of the five vegetables was 4.57, 5.61, 3.63, 3.38 and 4.11 yuan/kg respectively. The price of tomato was up 10.99% MOM, the price of strings bean was up 10.12% MOM, the price of cucumber was down 0.93% MOM, the price of eggplant was up 18.61% MOM, the price of pepper was up 8.50% MOM. The price of tomato was up 58.97% YOY, the price of strings bean was up 15.69% YOY, the price of cucumber was up 29.45% YOY, the price of eggplant was up 29.69%YOY, the price of pepper was up 78.89% YOY.
