Beingmate Announced to Invest 350 Million into the Children Milk
By CnAgri2013-12-31 09:53:03 Print Beingmate released the announcement on November 26 that, it intends to invest 350 million Yuan of its own monetary funds in Beihai, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, to establish a wholly-funded subsidiary company – Beingmate Children Milk Co., Ltd, the funding ratio is 100% , and the subsidiary company is principally engaged in the business of children milk.The business scope of the wholly-funded subsidiary company includes the R & D, production and sales of children dairy products, milk beverage and vegetable protein beverages.
Beingmate says that, this move is to accelerate the strategic layout in the baby food industry, extend the industrial chain and brand value of the company. The investment does not have a significant impact on the performance of the company, and the company is optimistic about the prospects of the development of children milk business.
