Huishan Sets up Another Dairy Chain in Liaoning with 8.8 Billion Yuan

Huishan shall invest 8.8 billion yuan for setting up a dairy industrial chain project in Kangping. The project shall cover elite-breed dairy cattle breeding, infant/young child’s formula milk powder and high-efficiency crop growing. To be specific, there shall be establishment of 40 standardized dairy farms, one infant/young child’s formula milk powder plant for annual production of 60,000 tons, one feed mill for annual production of 200,000 tons, 20 biogas concentration plants and high-efficiency crop growing on 240,000 mu of land. Kicking off of construction of the project shall be in March 2014 and completion shall be in October 2016. When in full-capacity operation, the annual sales revenue shall be 5 billion yuan, tax 600 million yuan and employment opportunities 5,000.
