Jiangsu Zhongke Food Co., Ltd. is a large-scale modern meat duck food company integrating meat duck slaughtering, cutting, chilled fresh meat processing and marketing, and also is the second largest meat duck processing enterprise in domestic except New Hope. In terms of sales model, the company's customers include regional wholesalers, distributors, cooked food processing enterprises and others. And duck breasts, duck legs and other products are mainly sold to wholesale market and cooked food processing enterprises, and high-value by-products such as duck head, duck tongue, duck neck, duck palm, duck wings, duck gizzard and duck intestines are directly sold to cooked food processing enterprises. For downstream food processing enterprises and wholesalers in different regions, the company has different business models. It adopts direct sales model aiming at large-scale food processing enterprises, especially large-scale food processing enterprises such as Lake North Weekly Black Duck, Jueweiyabo and Shineway which have higher requirements on product quality and specification and larger purchase volume, Zhongke is their strategic partner and important supplier.

From the perspective of operating data, in the report period in 2016, the company realized an operating revenue of RMB 3.814 billion, down by 2.74% year on year; operating profit was RMB 133 million, up 159.78% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the company was RMB 134 million, up 168.72% year on year; the net profit margin was 3.50%, up 2.23% year on year. From the revenue structure, the sales revenue of slaughter products of duck accounted for more than 99% of its sales revenue, so its business is very specific.
