Private Investment in Fixed Assets for January to November

From January to November, the private investment in fixed assets reached 20,162.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.0 percent, down by 0.2 percentage points over the first ten months. The proportion of private investment in fixed assets to the total investment in fixed assets was 61.8 percent, 0.1 percentage points lower than that in the first ten months.

 

 

In term of different areas, the private investment in fixed assets in eastern region amounted to 9,913.8 billion yuan, rose by 21.7 percent year-on-year, and 0.1 percentage points lower than that in the first ten months; that of central region, 6,185.2 billion yuan, surged 28.1 percent, and the growth rate kept at the same level over the first ten months; that of western region, 4,063.4 billion yuan, increased 28.9 percent, 0.6 percentage points lower over the first ten months.

 

In term of different industries, the private investment in fixed assets in primary industry reached 570.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.8 percent, and 1.9 percentage points lower than that in the first ten months; that in the secondary industry amounted to 10,546.9 billion yuan, increased by 26.9 percent and 0.8 percentage points lower; that in the tertiary industry was 9,044.8 billion yuan, went up by 22.3 percent and 0.7 percentage points higher.

 

Of the secondary industry, industrial private investment in fixed assets reached 10,398.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 27.1 percent, and 0.7 percentage points lower than that in the first ten months, of which, that of mining industry was 640.9 billion yuan, increased 20.1 percent, and 3.0 percentage points lower; that of the manufacturing industry was 9,334.7 billion yuan, increased 27.8 percent, and 0.4 percentage points lower; that of the production and supply of electric power, heat power, gas and water was 423.0 billion yuan, increased 25.0 percent, and 1.2 percentage points lower.
