By 15 July, Henan, Shandong and other 11 wheat production enterprises totally purchased 53.88 million tons up 18.42 million tons compared with last year. It predicted that the state owned enterprises’ purchase volume was 40 million tons. Hubei, Sichuan and other 12 rapeseed main production enterprises totally purchased 2.37 million tons, down 1.86 million tons compared with the same period of last year.
 

By 20 July, Anhui province totally purchased 9.933 million tons, up 3.613 million tons. Among that, the state owned enterprises purchased 6.851 million tons, up 3.194 million tons; the buyers purchased 6.09 million tons, up 3.078 million tons. By 15 July, Shandong totally purchased over 3.8 million tons.
