Fruit Output of Anhui Province Reached to 2.9 Million Ton

In Anhui Province, Dangshan and Xiao County develop as pear and peach production and processing bases, Huaiyuan and Huaibei as pomegranate production base, Xiao County, Hefei and river side as grape advanced planting area, Xuancheng and Chizhou as jujube processing base, Huangshan as ever-green fruits production base. At present, more than 20 fruit processing enterprises develop in the province, with annual capacity of fruit processing of 1 million ton and 150,000 ton of pear, apple and grape juice, yellow peach can and fruit wine.
