NPK Market Saw Sesonal Recovery

Operating rate also recovered and kept at more than 70% in big enterprises. Some enterprises even worked with full capacity. Manufacturers reflected that delivery condition turned better and some even said supply was tight, main reason for which was that dealers were not willing to purchase before with bearish outlook on later market, resulting in empty stock. Quotation from manufacturers remains stable currently, but actual turnover price is going down. (Figure 4)
