Grain/Fertilizer Price Ratio in Nov. 2013

In November 2013, price ration between wheat and urea, DAP and NPK was 0.60, 0.50 and 0.47 respectively; price ration between corn and urea, DAP and NPK was 0.565, 0.46 and 0.43 respectively; price ration between early indica rice and urea, DAP and NPK was 0.90, 0.75and 0.52 respectively; price ration between keng rice and urea, DAP and NPK was 1.06, 0.87 and 0.82 respectively.

In the same period of 2012, price ration between wheat and urea, DAP and NPK was 0.50, 0.43and 0.39respectively; price ration between corn and urea, DAP and NPK was 0.52, 0.44 and 0.40 respectively; price ration between early indica rice and urea, DAP and NPK was 0.87, 0.74 and 0.52 respectively; price ration between keng rice and urea, DAP and NPK was 0.98, 0.84 and 0.75 respectively;

 In November, grain/fertilizer ratio generally went stable with slight decline, mainly due to recovery of fertilizer market. Fertilizer pride stopped declining and some varieties rose. But lack of strong demand, fertilizer price is poorly supported to increase in future.
