Soybean Oil: Soybean oil price declined this week. According to seasonal characteristics of soybean oil consumption, stockings for New Year and Spring Festival will be basically over in January. Seeing from current stocking condition, soymeal market is more boosted than soybean oil and price ratio between oil and soymeal declined rapidly. Lack of favorable factors in soybean oil market, BOABC predicts soybean oil spot market  shall keep weak. (Figure 6 and Figure 7)

Rapeseed Oil: rapeseed oil price declined this week. Hit by rapeseed harvest expectation in South America, bulk arrivals of American soybeans and stocks raise of Malaysian palm oil, domestic oil market begin another round of declining and rapeseed oil market is worse pressed. Rapeseed oil spot market price is predicted to decline further more. (Figure 6)

Shelled Peanuts and Peanut Oil: price for peanut oil and shelled peanut remained stable and declined in some areas this week. In year-end, peanut price keeps declining. Farmers’ reluctance to sell is stronger and peanut declines in market, which supports shelled peanut price to recover slightly. Domestic shelled peanut price is predicted to remain stable in general in short terms. Along with other edible oil, peanut oil market remains weak.  (Figure 8 & Figure 9)
