New rules on live broiler circulation in China

BOABC summarized some new rules on live broiler circulation: Guangzhou announced recently that poultry and bird wholesale market should be closed twice in a month regularly from Mar. 1st to Aug. 31st. Pilots of centralized slaughtering poultry, cold chain delivering and frozen list will be started in Guangzhou, Foshan and Shenzhen in May. All live poultry market will be closed permanently in major city areas in Hengzhou, Zhejiang province. The largest live poultry trade market in Wenzhou was closed permanently on Mar. 1st. And the  live poultry trade markets in major city areas in Nanjing, Jiangsu province will all be closed permanently within 2014.
