Palm Oil Price Propped up by Lower Stocks in Ports
By CnAgri2014-03-13 09:27:31 Print Palm Oil: Palm oil price increased this week. Palm oil production declined due to dry weather in Malaysia and Indonesia, which prompted the price to go high. In the end of Feb., palm oil inventory registered only 1.66 million MT, far lower than market expectation. Domestic demand for palm oil shall increase with temperature going high. But domestic palm oil stocks were huge. So BOABC predicts domestic palm oil price shall see limited increase in short terms. From “China Oil and Oilseeds Market Weekly Report”
