Rapeseed production expected to keep high in 2014/15

By CnAgri2014-03-17 10:01:04 Print Rapeseed meal: On Mar. 12th 2014, the average wholesale price of rapeseed meal is RMB2906Yuan/MT, down 0.17% compared with last week. Rape grows well in Yangtze River areas and if weather condition keeps favorable, rapeseed production shall keep high in 2014/15. In international market, with ICE rapeseed futures going high, imported cost of rapeseed climbed up, which played supports to domestic rapeseed products. But due to gloomy breeding industry and price decline of soymeal, rapeseed meal market is predicted to keep weak as well and price have pressure of dropping. (Table 9)
