By CnAgri2014-03-20 09:09:29 PrintKeywords:Competitiveness Phosphate Fertilizer
In 2013, profitability of phosphate fertilizer industry was weakened as well. The ROE declined from 7.76% in 2012 to 6.71% in 2012 and rate of producers in red kept high at 16.03%.
Competitiveness of phosphate fertilizer kept low mainly caused by surplus capacity, unsmooth export and gloomy international market. In addition, producing costs kept increasing with price rising of sulfur and phosphate rock and increase of railway freight rates. Many phosphate fertilizer producers faced great challenges.
