At present rapeseed growth condition is well, but its planting area continued dropping off due to low plant intention. Moreover, in the most area of China rapeseed is in blossom stage, but its yield is uncertain due to the changeable weather. BOABC predicted that rapeseed will gradually be harvested in the late ten days of May. However before purchasing policies announced, most of oil factories are reluctant to buy.
 
The less planting margin, low mechanization and higher labor cost make rapeseed planting area continue falling down. In addition, state’s seed subsidy policy has a weaker and weaker influence on farmers planting enthusiasm.
