China OKs Sipcam's two fungicides for rice sheath blight

Azoxystrobin is a strobilurin fungicide first developed by Syngenta. It provides strong defense against a spectrum of fungi disease including powdery mildew, rust, septoria nodorum, net blotch, downy mildew and rice blast.

Sipcam has registered several azoxystrobin premixtures within the year in China, covering Thiophanate-methyl•Azoxystrobin•Metalaxyl, Difenoconazole•Azoxystrobin, and Cymoxanil•Azoxystrobin.

China has a number of registered premixtures based on azoxystrobin currently, including Difenoconazole•Azoxystrobin of Shanxi Biogen Cropscience, Dimethomorph•Azoxystrobin of Tsingtao Audis Bioscience, Difenoconazole•Azoxystrobin of Beijing Fleet Agroscience, and Propiconazole•Azoxystrobin of Shanxi Sunger Bioscience etc.
