A new African swine fever outbreak was respectively reported in Jiamusi city, Wuhu city, Xuancheng city, and Chuzhou city.

China Agriculture Report By CnAgri2018-09-12 10:57:45China Agriculture Report Print The Information Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs released on September 6 that a new African swine fever outbreak has been confirmed in respectively Jiamusi city of Heilongjiang province, and Wuhu city, Xuancheng city and Chuzhou city of Anhui Province.
It’s confirmed that a new outbreak was discovered in a farm in Xiangyang district, Jiamusi city, Heilongjiang province, where 26 of 203 pigs on the farm were confirmed to be infected and 10 died. In Nanling county, Wuhu city, Anhui province, an outbreak was reported, and 13 of 30 hogs on the farm were confirmed to be inflected and 4 died. In Tianhu sub-district office of Xuanzhou district of Xuancheng city in Anhui, an African swine fever case was discovered, and 15 of 52 pigs on the farm were confirmed to be infected and 15 died. In addition, an outbreak was confirmed in a farm in Fengyang county, Chuzhou city, Anhui province, and 62 of 886 pigs on the farm were confirmed to be infected and 22 died.
