Outlook of ABC Market in 2013

By CnAgri2013-03-15 10:45:37 Print ABC market looks grave this year. First, many ABC plants are technically outdated and are short of fund to upgrade their technology. Some may be closed down by the government because of heavy pollution and high energy consumption.
 
Second, because of its problems of high volatilization, caking and low effective element content, ABC is increasingly replaced by urea and NPK.
 
Third, while the cost of production keeps growing, ABC price stays low because of soft demand.
 
On the other hand, there is still market for the product. The government attaches great importance to farm production, conducive to fertilizer consumption. ABC is cheap and free from residue if it is used in greenhouse vegetable production. Deep-buried ABC kills some pests. With coal as basic raw material, ABC is expected to benefit from a stable coal price this year.
