Fertilizer Production in March

By CnAgri2013-05-17 11:16:18 Print China’s fertilizer production registered 7.543 million MT (nutrient, same below) in March, including 4.88 million MT nitrogen, 2.038 million MT phosphorus and 625,000 MT potassium, up 30.18%, 16.75%, 43.4% and 223.68% respectively over the month before, up 30.7%, 19.29%, 51.87% and 84.77% respectively on the year-on-year basis.
 
Urea production was 6.181 million MT (product) in March, 11.77% more than the month before and 20.63% more than the same period of last year. Urea production totaled 16.673 million MT in January ~ March, an increase of 10.1% on the year-on-year basis.
 
DAP and MAP productions recorded 1.271 million MT and 796,000 MT respectively in March, 17.55% more but 27.89% less than the same period of last year respectively.
