Peanut Price to Go Weak
By CnAgri2013-10-17 11:23:53 PrintShelled Peanuts and Peanut Oil: Shelled peanut and peanut oil price remained stable this week. Shelled peanut market went gloomy and both sellers and purchasers were straddling. Some oil plants even stopped purchasing. Due to low price, farmers were reluctant to sell and new peanut is few on the market. In foreign trade, the orders were also few, poorly driving market. In short terms the weak market trend is hard to see improvement. In comprehensive, peanut price is predicted to go weak with fluctuation. With cost reduction of raw materials and market diversification, peanut oil price is predicted to keep stable with weakness. (Figure 8 & Figure 9)
