Raw Milk Price to Continue Moving up in 2014

The average price was 4.26 yuan/kg in ten main farming provinces during the first three weeks of February, up by 24.8% year on year. Meanwhile the price for corn and soymeal continued to drop, the ratio of milk yield to feed consumption continued to rise and reach the highest point of 1.45 in recent years, and the dairy farming profit continued to improve.
