Supply Aspect: in 2014/15 China’s soybean output is 11.5 million tons, down by 4% YOY. China’s soybean arrival quantity is about 73 million tons, up by 4% YOY. China’s soybean supply is 90.56 million tons, up by 5% YOY.
 
As for demands crushing soybean oil consumes about 71 million tons, up by 6% compared with last year. Edible oil consumes about 11.74 million tons, up by 3% YOY. Soybean consumes about 84.9 million tons, up by 6% YOY.
 
In 2014/15 China’s soybean consumption volume is a little higher than soybean supply, which makes domestic soybean inventory declines to 5.66 million tons by 7% YOY. However soybean supply & demand is still loose in 2014/15.
