The Heihe Sunwu Hengda non-gmo squeezing soybean oil processing project, invested 160 million yuan by Hengda Grain and Oil Group, will conduct a pilot production in the end of October. the annual production will be 300,000 tons processing soybeans, 30,000 tons soybean oil, 180,000 tons processing rapeseed and 60,000 tons rapeseed oil.
 
Early in September, Guangdong Donlinks Grain & Oil Co., Ltd published an announcement on significant reorganization progress. According to the announcement, they planned to sell soybean processing business underling assets, because of the continuous loss. The proposed buyer was its controlling shareholder-Donlinks Group and related parties.
