According to the notice from the Ministry of Environmental Protection, there are about 176,000 scattered and dirt enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei province and surrounding cities, and the Ministry asks for enterprises that can’t make upgrading and reconstruction to up the emission standard to close before the end of Sep.
