EU’s Barrier to China’s Poultry Meat Exports
By CnAgri2013-04-12 11:24:36 Print EU has recently issued an import quota of 15,000 MT ready-to-eat poultry meat for China and other countries except Brazil and Thailand. The quotas are far below China’s exports in the past, creating a barrier to China’s poultry meat. Its customs tariff is 8 ~ 10.9% for poultry meat under quotas but 2,765/MT Euros for poultry meat without quotas. From “China Livestock and Feed Market Weekly Report”
