Cottonseed Meal Price Up Promoted by Soymeal Price

Cottonseed meal：On July 24th, 2013, the average wholesale price of cottonseed meal is RMB3518Yuan/MT, up 1.90% from last week. Price increase of soymeal promoted cottonseed meal price to go up, whose supply capacity was limited. Though imported cottonseed arrived intensively recently, prices for cottonseed meal still kept high since the quantity was still not great. It should be noted, however, that price differences between cottonseed meal and soymeal narrowed gradually. Once soymeal price declines later, cottonseed meal market will no doubt be influenced.
