Price for Hog and Pork to See Limited Increase
By CnAgri2013-08-01 11:16:09 Print Pork: On July 31st, in the pork wholesale markets of the 36 medium-and-large sized cities, the average price of pig carcass was RMB21.02Yuan/KG, up 1.74% compared with last week. For this week, the price of live hog was RMB14.99Yuan/KG, up 5.19% compared with last week. With recovery of breeding profit, farmers’ unwilinness to sell played supports to pork price in short terms. But acording to terminal market, pork consumption by residents was not well. Price for hog and pork shall see limited increase. With lowering down price by slaughterhouses and adequate supply,, it is preicted pork price shall keep steady in short terms.
