Lack of cottonseed meal resources, domestic price kept at high level. Recently, 3 major cotton producing areas suffered from bad weather condition. Besides, cotton price remained low in recent years, therefore, cotton acreage declined gradually. Cotton yields endangered this year, which to some extent plays supports to the high price of cottonseed meal.
