DDGS Market Price to Go Strong

With low operating rate of alcohol enterprises of 39%, DDGS supply is not adequate and the price increased substantially this week driven by high price of rapeseed meal and soymeal. In short terms, DDGS market is predicted to go strong. But attention should be paid to impacts on DDGS market of supply increase of rapeseed meal and American soybean harvest in late September.
