Oilseed & Vegoil Imports & Exports in Aug.

By CnAgri2013-09-25 11:13:37 Print China’s soybean imports registered 6.367 million MT in Aug. and 41.086 million MT in Jan. ~ Aug., 44.1% and 4.5% more than the same period of last year respectively.
 
Rapeseed imports recorded 276,127 MT in Aug. and 2.29 million MT in Jan. ~ Aug., 196.5% and 24% more than the same period of last year respectively.
 
Soyoil imports totaled 697,147 MT in Jan. ~ Aug., a slip of 26.5% on the year-on-year basis.
 
Rapeseed oil imports recorded 116,468 MT in Aug. and 1.182 million MT in Jan. ~ Aug., 29.2% and 67% more than the same period of last year respectively.
 
Palm oil imports were 537,000 MT in Aug. and 3.874 million MT in Jan. ~ Aug., 17.4% and 8.7% more than the same period of last year respectively.
 
Shelled peanut exports were 5,200 MT in Aug. and 64,502 MT in Jan. ~ Aug., 37.6% more but 13.3% less than the same period of last year respectively.
