Pork: On 6 May 2015, in the pork wholesale markets of the 36 medium-and-large sized cities, the average price of fresh pork is RMB18.46 Yuan /KG, and the live hog price was 13.45 Yuan/KG, the former up by 0.44%, and the latter up by 2.28% from last week. After May Day live hog breeding begun making profit, but its demands was still week. Thus pork price was mixed. (Figure 2)

Beef: On 6 May 2015, in the beef wholesale markets of the 36 medium-and-large sized cities, the average price of fresh boning-out leg meat is RMB 54.04Yuan /KG, up by 0.2% compared with last week. (Figure3)
