Steady Mutton Price Trend

Mutton: On March 27th, 2013, the mutton wholesale markets of the 36 medium-and-large sized cities, the average price of bone-in fresh mutton is RMB52.87Yuan/KG, down 0.25% compared with last week. Domestic mutton supply and demand is basically stable in March. It is predicted mutton price shall remain stable with less fluctuation. (Figure 5)
