Government Supports Cattle Production in Henan

First, any newly set up cattle farm with an inventory of more than 100 cattle can receive a subsidy of RMB 1,000/cow.
 
Second, the government will establish a guarantee loan fund to provide cattle farms loan of RMB 5,000/cow.
 
Third, the government will provide a working fund of RMB3 million each year to cover 30% of the interest of cattle farms’ loans.
 
Fourth, the government will provide a working fund of RMB 5 million each year to subsidize the breeding of cows of fine varieties.
