Cotton Purchase in 2013

In terms of different regions, cottonseed price kept stable but some areas saw certain consumption decrease; General price fall of cottonseed pushed purchasing cost of ginned cotton to increase, which to some extent also promoted domestic cotton price to increase slightly.
