Aminoacid Price to Remain Strong

By CnAgri2013-09-24 11:15:26 Print Aminoacid：On Sept. 18th, 2013, the average wholesale price of domestically-produced lysine 98.5% and lysine 65% are RMB9735Yuan/MT and RMB5200Yuan/MT respectively, with the former up 0.41% and the latter unchanged compared with last week. This Monday, GBT raised lysine quotation RMB0.3/kg and quotation of lysine 98.5% was RMB10.1/kg and 70% lysine, RMB6/kg. After the raise, lysine got more market focus and price then increased. It is predicted domestic lysine market shall remain strong and turnover price may increase slightly in some areas.

On Sept. 18th 2013, average wholesale price of domestic solid methionine and liquid methionine are RMB25890Yuan/MT and RMB20500Yuan/MT respectively, both the same with last week. Domestic methionine supply is adequate and demand also recovers pushed by holiday stocking, but price lacks momentum to go up. Methionine market is predicted to remain strong. (Table 8)
