China Fall Crop Procurement Policy in the Northeast in 2013
By CnAgri2013-11-21 11:24:13 Print The State Grain Bureau has recently released its fall crop procurement policy for the four Northeast provinces (Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Inner Mongolia). The grain system will procure corn at RMB2.22 ~ 2.26/kg (for Grade Three) and soybeans at RMB4.6/kg (for Grade Three) in the Northeast before the end of next April.The Agricultural Development Bank will provide procurement fund. Corn procurement companies from other provinces will be provided with a subsidy of RMB140/MT.
