In 2009/2010 – 2013/2014 rapeseed oil reserve quantity were respectively 1.50 million tons, 0.8 million tons, 1.5 million tons and 1.7 million tons. Then again, by the end of 2014, the state totally reserved 6.32 million tons; among that some rapeseed oil reserved in 2010 and 2011 had exceeded storage deadline. Therefore from the motivation on government dealing with temporary reserve rapeseed oil, domestic CPI is now well below the governments’ target. Furthermore, edible oil price was weak, and without appropriate regulation time and power, the government will not largely handle that rapeseed oil. However, maybe governments will auction or sale some rapeseed oil that has exceeded storage deadline.
 
The key element that influence rapeseed or rapeseed oil is not supply & demand, but reserve policy. BOABC predicted that reserving method is difficult to maintain so long time, and in future it is likely to adjust this reserving way. Therefore, rapeseed and its products will have a new round adjustment, while this question cannot be resolved in short – term.
